Prototypes that I have built. The modules are arranged as an array for better handling. Battery holders are still not mounted. I took advantage of the very nice surface mount assembly line that we have in the company.
The module is adapted to my USB programmer. All data lines, address lines and the complete memory are tested for functionality.
The low-battery threshold is tested here. A variable
voltage is applied to the battery holder.
The low-bat line must toggle at 2.5V
